Tamara Martirosyan is with the TK team since 2016. She is committed to providing the clients with tailor-made advice and representation based on their individual needs. She has experience in working with clients from different industries including mining and retail industries, as well as the financial industry, including investment funds and banks. Tamara is specialized in Corporate, Finance, Competition and Administrative Law, Civil and Administrative Procedure.
Tamara earned LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the French University in Armenia, specializing in international business and corporate law. While in university, she has been actively engaged in different projects, has represented the university on international rounds of Jessup moot court competition held in Washington DC. Later, she was invited to sit as a judge for the same competition.
Tamara has further completed a 6 months course of European and International Business Law in Jean-Moulin Lyon 3 University, France. While studying in France, Tamara had the opportunity to follow EU legislation in action. She thinks that law is a living phenomenon in need of constant innovation and development. Having this in mind, while in France she examined the newly developing sphere of cryptocurrencies from the legal aspect, its regulation or absence thereof in the EU.
In 2019 Tamara graduated from the School of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia; become a member of the Chamber of Advocates; become a member of “Union Des Avocats Francophones”; and received certification to translate between Armenian and Russian and Armenian and English.
Tamara is passionate about travelling, meeting and exploring different cultures. She is also a dedicated fan of tennis (Roger Federer, to be more precise).
