Job Description:

 

TK & Partners law firm is looking for a Junior Associate who is willing to join the world of corporate, business, and financial law.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Draft and revise legal documents including contracts, orders, opinions, etc
  • Provide legal assistance to clients regarding various government agencies.
  • Conduct legal research on various legal issues
  • Assist and work closely with senior staff members on a wide range of corporate, business, and financial law matters.

 

Requirements:

  • ​​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Self-discipline.
  • Prior experience is not mandatory.
