Main Responsibilities

  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and ensuring efficient operation of the office;
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies;
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing (both electronic and physical), typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.;
  • Organize travel arrangements, book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.;
  • Assist in archive maintaining;
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner;
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries;
  • Drafting documents;
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient;
  • Resolve administrative problems;
  • Receive, sort and distribute the mail;
  • Answer telephone calls and pass them on;
  • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records;
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment;
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office;
  • other actions required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education in Management or related fields;
  • At least 2 years of Proven admin or assistant experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English;
  • Proficient in Office 365.
